This is a really authentic experience in a rural area of the Amalfi coast.

An easy and very nice walk (with a spectacular view) leads us in the "agriturismo" a special family farm. All the family is involved in the house activities, they have animals, they grows vegetables, fruits and they make cheese.
They will show us the gardens and all the animals, they explains us their activities and their lifestyle…we will be part of their family for one day!
We'll prepare together cheese, pizza and pasta. It will be very funny!

ITINERARY:
We meet in Agerola and we do an easy and nice walk to reach the farm. On the way we have some spectacular views of the coast. We are at 600 meters above the sea level but closed to the sea so, in the clear days, we can see the coastline up to the island of Capri.
Once in the Agriturismo (the farm) we meet the family that will show us the gardens, the animals and their daily activities. As they have cows and they produce milk, we learn how to make cheese, together we make the "fiordilatte", a special kind used for pizza. We also make pizza and a local hand made pasta called "cavatelli" perfect with tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese and parmesan.
After all this work we have a gorgeous meal with all we prepared together plus vegetables, meat, salami, pancetta, bruschetta and sweets. Everything produced in the farm. A triumph of taste, you will never forget it!
OPTION:we can walk the first part of the WALK OF THE GODS! Just 1 hour and 1/2 walking to arrive in the spot with the most spectacular view.
